The electronic payment system is now available and able to accept online payments. Please visit ascensionpersonalizedcare.com/payment to pay your monthly premium.
If you have not paid for the month of June, your account may show nothing due. This is because we are still updating our Member accounts. You may send in a check for your normal monthly amount due or check back at a later time when your account is updated.
Our automatic payment system is still unavailable and is not able to process payments at this time. You will need to log in and make your payment if you are signed up for autopay.
We will notify members once automatic payments become available. Members also have the option to mail in a payment:

• Please include your member ID on your check or money order.
