IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Ascension retail pharmacy software Enterprise Rx is currently offline and our retail, home delivery and specialty pharmacy sites are currently closed - this means that: 

  • The Ascension Rx retail pharmacy locations CANNOT currently process any prescriptions.
  • If providers are sending prescriptions to one of our retail locations, they will NOT get a notification that the pharmacy is closed and the prescription will sit in a queue for filling until the pharmacy reopens.
  • The prescription will not be processed so if the prescription is sent elsewhere, the patient should not have any issues with insurance billingMeds to Beds service for the acute care hospitals is NOT available at this time.  Prescriptions should be sent to other pharmacies outside the Ascension network until further notice.
  • Refill requests that are urgent will need to be handled outside of Ascension through a new prescription from your provider.

There is an ongoing evaluation process regarding pharmacy software systems and when it will be brought back online.  We will update you of any changes. Thank you!
